and Hold box.
Use the procedure below.

Press the Document Box key.

Press [Job Box], [Quick Copy/Proof and Hold], then [Open].

Select the creator of
the document and
press [Open].

Select the document
to view and press
[Detail]. The
document can be
viewed.
