Affixing FILM (No.1)

Procedures Detailed view

Take out GUIDE READING

Clean the surface of 5 locations of FILM

PULLEY (No.3) to affix FILM (No.1) with

alcohol and then affix it.

*Do not peel off FILM PULLEY(No.3) but

overlay on it.

Reinstall GUIDE READING that was taken out

in the procedure 1.

Check if FILM (No.1) does not run

over the original guide plate.

(In case the DP hinge is aligned to the

maximum, it may run over the original guide

plate. Check amount of run-over. Do not affix

FILM at front side if it runs over.

Check machine by side view if DP

has no gap or is not warped.

In case gap or warp is found, adjust

A and B.

A) Rear part of the DP may be warped in case

book original is placed and DP is pressed too

much. Correct it by once opening DP and gently

push as shown in the figure right.

B) Adjust the level with the adjuster

Screw at the machine rear side.
